SAMJIN submersible mixer SMS Series and SMG Series have been designed for creation of the maximum mixing effect by producing the intensive jet whirling flow by means of the high efficiency propeller and jet ring. Consequently this mixer is applicable for the large mixing tank, the different shaped tank or the biological denitrification/ dephospherization tank etc. with high efficiency, durability, reliability and economical effect. The application range is from 0.4kW to 30Kw of power and from 140㎥ to 500㎥ of mixing capacity. In general specification models, the maximum temperature of the stirringable liquid is 40° C. Special specification products can be used up to 90° C liquids. And We're also producing explosion-proof products that can be used where there's a risk of explosion. SAMJIN submersible mixer is designed and verified through the theory and flow analysis based on the latest fluid design.
Features
- High powered mixing capability
- Propeller designed with the aid of computerized program enables the performing of the continuous mixing action with high efficiency by pumping the large volume of sludge and water with less power to the relatively far distance of the tank. The propeller has a large through let allowing passage of large particle reducing the risk of clogging. The propeller is precisely machine and dynamically balanced with anti-corrosion and wear resistant stainless steel.

- High mixing efficiency can be obtained by adjusting easily the position and direction of the mixer according to the size, shape, depth, kind of liquid and the mixing purpose.
- Compatibility for wide range
- With variety of specific operational requirements, diversified material are available to suit to specific weight, viscosity, density and P.H etc.
- Easy installation and maintenance
- The mixer is mounted on a guide bar to enable it to be raised and lowered to carry out installation and maintenance work easily.
- Lass vibration and noise
- Less vibration by the precise machining and balancing and less noise by the submerged operation.
