Features

Leakage free
As opposed to the conventional pumps, this type pump having neither mechanical seal nor shaft seal eliminates any danger and environmental pollution caused by LP gas leakage due to such to peck respectively.
Low noise and vibrations
Totally enclosed motor without motor fan and shaft coupling proves low noise level under 50dB and vibration under 20㎛ peak to peak respectively.
Low maintenance cost
No mechanical seal and no coupling alignment enable low maintenance cost.
Pressure change responding to flow change
Due to little change of discharge pressure, the gas filling speed is almost same despite the increase of dispenser numbers and thus it makes the efficient pump operation.
Safety protection device
The safety panel is designed and manufactured with an emphasis on safety for canned motor pumps for SAMJIN LP gas. It detects overload, reverse phase, phase loss, dry operation, overheating and ground fault, and stops pump operation in case of abnormality. Motor monitor for monitoring bearing wear, pump vibration, motor reverse rotation and pumps cumulative operation hours. Thermostat to protect motor from overheating by sensing excessively high temperature and to the motor.

Uses

LP gas filling station, oil refinery, petrochemicals and tanker ships etc.
